It's always difficult to pick a fight between two unbeaten fighters who are pretty much unknown outside their own countries.

Sounds like it could be a very good fight though.

Yes, and it's interesting because whoever wins will likely be established as a world-class fighter and have a much higher profile.

          Froch will probably stop Pascal.

Good for Froch that he finally get's a live opponent. I just think the date seems a bit late.

Taylor vs. Lacy is at nov. 15. I wonder if the winner of this fight (presumably Taylor) hasn't found an opponent by the time Froch steps in the ring? Maybe Froch is out of the immidiate Taylor sweepstakes?? Should Taylor win I am now quite certain, that he'll fight Bute or Kessler next provided those 2 pulls out the expected wins.

Yes, I was expecting this fight to take place sometime from mid October to mid November.

We could see a unification fight between he and Kessler, but I'd actually prefer to see Taylor vs. Kessler.

Never seen Pascal, but from comments around here and the fact the fight is in Nottingham you have to favour Froch.

Also it is on ITV1 who now Khan has left and Witter got done, have no world champions, they need a Froch win. But he is a pretty slow guy.

Froch isn't fast but I think he will eventually connect. He should be able to take Pascal out in a later round.
