The Calzaghe that fought Kessler/Hopkins/Jones/Lacy couldn't even punch.
The main attributes of Calzaghe were speed, workrate and power up to 2004. 1996-2004 was prime Calzaghe. Post 2005 he was slower and couldn't even punch any more.
The version of Calzaghe who fought Eubank 11 years ago was faster and far harder hitting the the past prime version who beat Hopkins/Lacy/Kessler/Jones.

There's a reason Hopkins hid out at MW till he was 41 and only fought Calzaghe after making him come up in weight, fighting him in his first fight there. Lol at people questioning Joe's stamina.
