If u turn pro at 19, and are fighting at the 130lb division, then that is your natural weightclass THEN. If 10yrs later, u pack on some pounds, and decide to fight at 147 or 154, how are u fighting out of your natural weight class? Your natural weight is whatever your weight is at the time. Not 10-15yrs ago.
I've seen many posters here make an argument about certain fighters fighting outside thier natural weight class, and i just didnt make sense to me.
i agree with that.... on another note
if a fighter weight drains down to a lower weight.. like lets say oh paul williams
then i still find it fair... why?
if cotto is a natural 147 pounder, then he is his strongest at 147.. and can fight great at 147...
if paul williams has to dehydrate and and weightdrain down to 147, then its still fair.. because even though hes bigger, hes weight drained... and heisnt at his "hypothetical" strongest...

What you say doesn't relate to Mayweather. Doesn't Mayweather look like a mini GI Joe figure. Look at my avy. Understand that he is the smallest WW. He is a 140 fighter

lol, of course it doesnt..... nothing relates to floyd.

its all relative in my opinion...
Totally agree! There is no ****ing way that Paul Williams is making 147 without almost killing himself.
I think it has more to do with the guys that walk around at 180, and fight at 147. That obviously isn't their natural weight if they walk around at 180. Yall remember when Gatti fought Gamache... they both weighed in at 140 the day before the fight, and Gatti ballooned up to 160! Gatti ended up putting old dude in the hospital, and ended his boxing career. That **** aint right man... I agree with you a bit though if you actually mature, and grow into a weight like Floyd, but these dudes that starve themselves to fight much smaller men is what I think of when I hear "natural weight."
yep thats true

In that case Cotto should be fighting at super middle
he should be able to do that at some point since he walks around at 190
