I'd say Hearns, B-Hop, RJJ, Pacman, Trinidad (at least to 160 anyways), Duran... I'm interested to see how far up Pavlik can carry his power. He looks like he could fight at cruiser if he wanted to. His frame could certainly hold that extra weight.
