The whole reason why this is a bull**** comment from Bob Arum is, why did Floyd turn down a huge payday with Oscar more then he would have got fighting Cotto and Margarito combined. When he could have just as easily made the money then retired, to me that makes this whole conspiracy theory garbage.

i dont give a **** about mayweather... hes still the best athlete out there... with the most skills.. but since hes retired... its ok with me.. i dont give a ****.. I like boxing because of all the fighters.... not because i love or hate one fighter.... as long as ppl keep talking about him... good or bad things he will still be an ICON.... just let it go.... and lets just enjoy the present.... if he ever plans to comeback and prove us wrong or right....its up to him... just dont waist your time trying to prove your point even if is a good one or a bad one.... him and only him cand prove us wrong or right... until he makes up his mind to do it or not..... lets watch the real dogs fight!!Comment

im not saying he needs to go to every fight and get into a gatti/ward type war out there. what im saying is that i wish that he would have been so much more aggressive with his approach in the ring instead of always being so careful picking his spots trying his best not to get touched. when you have the type of talent that he has there is no reason why he cant unleash a lot more damage being aggressive and still avoid getting hit for the most part. he doesnt have that bad a chin theres no reason to think that if did on occassion get clocked hard that he wouldnt be able to take it. with his speed he would have been quite a scene to watch seeing him attack attac attack and still avoid getting by his opponents. like a form of art but instead he chose a lets all go watch paint dry approach. combined that with the courage of fighting the best out there he would easily been one of the best most popular fan-favorite fighters of all-time... but instead he chose a different route...Comment
