It's more than just having good skills. It's very simple in fact. Being unbeaten is good, but, if you haven't fought anyone as good skillwise, then you can't say that he is as good because it's completely untested. Robinson fought many other All Time Great fighters in every weight he was in and beat them. This is what makes him so great. Mayweather hasn't fought one All Time Great fighter. Not one!
