He ****ed up some guy who had been ****ed up by Vernon Forrest and Paul Williams recently.

He looked really good. I mean, REALLY good.

Request it in video trading... circle probably capped it. I'd be willing to be that he did.

Lacy is crap and will lose to basically any elite fighter if he can barely beat a nobody like this unpolished , back of the head hitting loser he fought last night. Abadger sit there and said he did'nt know what would happen if Rjj fought Lacy. LOL. Mendoza was there for the taking and Lacy could do nothing to end the show. Jones would have stopped Lacy inside of 2 rounds. I had him losing by one point because I called the 2nd round a 10-8 based on him being hurt for half of the round. Sad day I am afraid for Calzaghe fans. Lacy had the nerve to say that he would be "explosive". If that meant doing a great impression of Zab Judah againt Tyszu , then he was "explosive" with those dance steps.
Mendoza has deteriorated very much, and seems to slide more with each fight. He showed his lack of boxing skill more than usual against Lacy, whom I believe he just beat. He should have put Lacy awy 3-4 times at least. Lacy should have been counted over in the second when he was knocked into the ropes, which held him up, also twice later on for the same reasons.

When Mendoza swept like a whirlwind through Tokunbo Olajide a few years ago he looked like a world beater, since Olajide was a top fighter, and he swept him away like a pile of dried leaves. Of course he'd been taken by surprise and his foot gave way, causing a KD, and, as it proved, a broken ankle, stoppig the fight, so we don't know exactly how the fight would have gone if it had progressed to the later rounds. Olajide then was unbeaten, and was winning every fight very impressively.

I see a report today that Lacy has retired. He won't say why, except to hint at "dark doings" in the boxing world. Has he just discovered this NOW...for goodness sake...!!

In truth, Lacy SHOULD retire, since he seems to have become a punching bag. He takes FAR to much punishment, and is a pretty slow speaker and thinker by now. Maybe he always was, I never noticed.......
