surely the public wont stand Taylor vs Lacy now? if it wasnt certain it would be a mismatch before this fight it MUSt be now. Lacy has NOTHING left to offer the game imo.

Lacy didn't deserve that Majority Decision. He was hurt, by my count, 5 times in that fight to Mendoza's (possibly) 2. Lacy was gassed by round 4 and getting caught by very wild shots that Mendoza didn't even set up. Lacy truly looked like a journeyman WNF competitor and was almost knocked down twice by an opponent who was supposed to make him look good.

Mendoza's odds were +800 and the man took him to a majority decision...christ!

I think lacy won the fight... barely, he did get a good whooping in the process. Jermain Taylor will finish off whats remaining of Lacy
