Thanks Ferocity, For some I didn't do a well enough job but after 5 years of writing on this site and 25 years of writing on boxing I have yet to make everyone happy. I come closest when I write historical works but you can't always ignore the big fights. This one has the chance of being stuff of legends
Antonio Margarito; Not Quite the Underdog in "The Battle"

Quintana runs to hot and cold to be considered in the same regards as Clottey and Cintron .... You judge these fighters where they are now not where they were at the time of their fights with AM... I pointed out both fighters bad habits and left out ones that were obvious good ones because frankly Margo has the better chin, better inside technique and in the interest of balance didn't want to seem to one sided but there is no reasoning with some people. And I have been writing hear since day one so I'm not going anywhere . And do you kiss your mother with that mouth, I'm sure she taught you better ways to get people to respect your opinions, you only devalue your intelligence by acting the fool....
Balance do you even know what that means? Barely mentioning Margs flaws and then spending 50% of the article focusing on Cotto's is balanced. Many of the Cotto's flaws you mention are just made up from your poor perception of Cotto's victories.
And you're the only one who's going to look like a fool after July 26th.Comment

And how hot does Cintron run, just before the second Margarito fight he had a life and death struggle with Jesee Feliciano. Quintana beat a hot prospect in Joel Julio and a champion who many thought would clean out the welterweight division. Who has Cintron beat? For that matter other than an overweight Corrales, who has Clottey beat?

You are also not very good at math are you let's see if I spent 50% of the time speaking on Cotto's faults that leaves what percent on Margo's.... More time in class and less time in Cotto's colon and you may just get a promotion and be able to take the Domino's sign off your car.Comment

Let's see you spent 44% kissing Margos balls, 2% offending Mosley and Judah, 3% hyping up Margs competition, .5% in Margo's flaws and .5% on your **** prediction. Is that good enough Math for you.
I happen to own a 2004 BMW M3, what do you drive? Probably a heap of ****, with **** you're getting paid as a profesional fool.Comment

I don't mind people calling me out on my articles or disagreeing with me, I also spend half my life in a gym so talking smack to some young thug is a daily occasion. What I do mind is someone who just might have a little talent to express meaningful thoughts and opinions on boxing wasting his gifts with four letter words and witless remarks.
If some of you spent half the time writing some of the stuff you say down in an adult manner you might just be the next Runyon or Sugar...
Enough, for tonight, I have a radio show at 6 am. Drop me a line if you want to put some thoughts on boxing in print....Comment
