OMG! He then goes on to talk about Margarito being considerably stronger than Shane Mosley, and how Cotto doesnt have the footwork to box!Unbelievable. The guy is clearly a Margarito fan, but he is a HORRIBLE writer.
I would send him an Email detailing all of his shortcomings, if I thought it would do any good.you are ****ing dilusional.

Antonio the underdog
For those that refer to the Mosley fight,Mosley was holding Miquel a lot making Miquel tired, that's why he chose to box the last 3 rounds and out of those 3 he only lost 1 round. Margarito don't like to hold so Miquel will also get stronger as the fight progresses. The writer is confused Cotto's Defense has improve with every fight, while Margarito is easily hit able. Margarito misses about 75% of his punches, while Miquel connects about 50% of accurate heavy blows. Margarito agresiveness will make the fight easier for Miguel, because he'l have less risk in getting in to inflict damage. It will be a facinating and brutal fight, I favor and believe that Miguel will win this mega fight, yet I wish both go luck and may God protect both.Comment

Good article featuring each fighter's strengths and weaknesses.
Antonio has a solid chin and will absorb a lot of shots.
No doubt, Cotto's going downstairs and when he does, Margo needs to counter him coming in every time.
But...
And to me, this is most critical for Margo. If Margo does not use his height and reach advantage effectively, as the article stated, he'll probably just make it to the twelfth and final round and capture another loss on his record.
IF Margo has been tweaking his style in preparation for this fight, then the most prominent showcase of his arsenal should be displaying a beautiful jab being pumped into Cotto's face All Night Long.
That remains to be seen, since Margo's brawling style hasn't allowed for much footwork to jab and move out of range when necessary.
Here's to hoping it lives up to top billing and perhaps, Cotto vs Margarito II.Comment

Bert Sugar's Pick
Bert's predictions
How big is Saturday's clash between Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito?
"It's the biggest welterweight fight since Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns," reckons ESPN.com's own historian and bon vivant Bert Sugar. Even though Cotto is the favorite, Sugar's taking the very live dog.
"I think Margarito wins it," he says. "Cotto leans forward as he comes in, and Margarito's best punch is a left uppercut."
Either way, like a lot of people, Bert reckons it may well not last the distance. Or, as he put it, "I think I saw the judges go home already." -- Kieran MulvaneyComment
