Insane... you people are crazy, one dude said "Taylor has never chosen a tough fight in his entire career". haha the guy has fought 6-7 straight world champions.. is coming off two brutal losses and wants to figt Jeff Lacy.. HahAH do you mother****ers remeber when Jeff Lacy was the top SMW in many peoples eyes.. But got beat but the true best SMW and was then written off... Lacy is still a formadable opponent and is better and still as good as he once was... Also who is Froch, a undefeated welshmen who hasnt fought anyone of substance.. I mean why not go after Kessler or someone like that... YOu bitches on here are ****, do you see how Jermaine works he fight anybody and well Lacy is a somebody and relevent too.. **** by Taylor making the Lacy fight Froch can now fight someone known get his name out there and that 1.25 Mil that there offering Jermaine which is ****ing bird crumbs for him can be something more lucrative.....

And even if Froch is as good as many of you say, then Jermaine is doing the right thing, who do you moither****ers know that has fought 6-7 title fights in a row lost 2 in a row fight someone for a title right after
JErmaine is the man and will reign again there will be a Taylor-Pavlik 3

i like your posts normally abadger but this is kinda overboard only because taylor is coming off of fighting champion after champion, pavlik, wright, spinks, ouma, hopkins etc, none of those fights were easy by any means, if he wants to take on lacy, then move on then thats fine, but seriously, i doubt carl froch himself would take on all that opposition, get knocked out, then lose another fight, and NOT take a tuneup to get your confidence back, taylor isnt protected, if he was, he sure as hell wouldnt get in there with wright or pavlik.

Froch is crap, Taylor would beat him easily. It's a shame Taylor isn't taking the fight for whatever reasons.

Froch is a risk, with hardly any reward
I do think Taylor would beat him though

Taylor wouldn't beat Pavlik if they fought each other 10 times.

I disagree. Pavlik's got the edge for sure, but I think he fought to his full potential in both fights and either one could've gone the other way if it weren't for Taylor's flaws (stamina in the 1st and 2nd fight, letting his hands go in the 2nd). If Taylor made a few corrections and fought to his full potential, he could defeat Pavlik.

I get the feeling we'll find out one day. Maybe when they both are at 175 or higher. Do you think Jermain could move up higher than 175 and be successful? I'm 50/50 on that notion.

I think 175 would be Jermain's limit and that might be pushing it. He seems to put on muscle well but his frame is pretty lean.

Taylor isnt what he use to be. I think both Froch or Lacyn have a sporting chance to beat him. If he goes back to the basics and jabs jabs then works off of that he can beat anyone. I think he is done though
he fought too many good names too fast
