All you have to know is green = good and red = mojack

If people give you green it adds to your rep and so many points makes it go up. That amount next to it (For you, 1) is how many points are added to, or taken away from someone when you give them Karma. If they give you red it goes down, and if it goes below 0, your bar gets red.
