i agree had kosta been a few years younger it would have been a totally different fight but hatton was a damn animal in that fight tireless and he got caught with some bombs and he just kept goin forward lol

I think that Hatton just reached his peak at the time of that fight, he is still an animal @ 140 BUT that fight got him the exposure in the US and that exposure lead to more fighters becoming aware of him as a threat and taking the time to work out how to counter his style of fighting.
This obviously led to much more difficult fights against higher class opposition than he was used to facing, to be honest there is not much difference in the way he fights now than when he was younger but the class of opposition is higher and more learned.
Those observations coupled with his renowned yo yo dieting is why he does not look as good now as he did then.

I must have to say, I do disagree. When he was younger he used a lot more in and out movement, used his jab and moved his head to avoid shots. Now he go's straight in without headmovement and don't use his jab as much.

Although, I am sure some of it is to do with the step up in opposition I believe some of it is Hatton declining.

I think his weight problems outside of the ring has caught him with him a bit now, that's why he doesn't look as good and I honestly don't think he should have kept the style that he used against Tszyu.

The Tszyu fight, while not being the prettiest fight to watch was a good fight.
