From what area is Jeff Lacy returning to the basics from?

He may want to actually acquire some basics first.

im still on the lacy bandwagon, **** it, i havent missed a fight of his in 3 years.

Not a big task considering he's only fought 3 times since 2006.

Nice job as always, Ryan. Jeff will always be one of my favorite fighters, through good times and bad. Sounds like he's where he needs to be in getting his house back in order. Here's to hoping it translates where it counts most - in the ring.

I'd actually like to see Lacy go a few rounds and fight a consistent battle plan as opposed to just blowing a guy away.

No doubt I'd like to see a rapid fight but I want him to win big to gain his confidence. I like what I hear from the Bloodworth qoutes, Lacy has a great Jab he abandons after a round or two and not making any excuses but **** me if Lacy threw more than a handful of combos when he fought Calzaghe.....He wasn't himself that night and hasn't been since. Back to the basics is a great idea.

Tough question, not really sure. I'm in the process of working on an Emmanuel Augustus article, not sure what will be in for the rest of the week.
