from what I understand to your comment Hatton and Dela Hoya are not real challenges for Pac...
Cherry picking is calling yourself a champ when you beat the weakest titleist in the division. Then racing off to the next division.

No one is dissing Hatton or Oscar (although one is clearly on the down side of his career and the other has done jack **** in six years). What we're saying is that he should NOT move up until he fights the REAL champs in the division. And the fans shouldn't let him off the hook!!

Would you rather have seen Floyd fight Oscar/Hatton or Cotto/Margarito? Sometimes the toughest challenges lie directly in your division. I still remember the WBA officials snickering during the hearings for Roy Jones WBA HW title. They all laughed at "In the event Roy Jones should lose to Antonio Tarver..." After all, he had just battered Ruiz.

That's what cherry picking is. You fight the weakest champ in the division and then get out ASAP.

As for Valero or Soto...I'll take Soto but after watching Joan Guzman beat him pretty good, it's safe to say the real challenge is the winner of Guzman-Campbell. How about we discuss that?

Funny how these arguments were not appreciated when made about the people in bold

Wrongo! That's a whack defination of "cherry picking".

Pac didn't just beat Diaz... HE SYSTEMATICALLY DESTROYED HIM.

Guzman ain't Mexican and he has a fight sealed on October.. You should be proud putting Soto or Juan Diaz on beating Pac not if you are too desperate, obssessed and being a stalker to Pacquiao. He made you a clown.. Instead of talking about Marquez since too bad no one aint talking about it that much in this forum, it will go to bankrupt.
