Bernard Hopkins also STARVED himself to keep on fighting the little guys at middleweight when he was really a light heavyweight. Also became a vegitarian because of his weight problems to stay at middleweight.

Mosley stayed at a lower weight.

**** even Pacquiao killed himself to make jr. featherweight and featherweight and jr. feather weight and he started at 106 damn he was starving.

P.Williams and Berto both started at middleweight but are now at welterweight to get an advantage.

Floyd was a huge jr. lightweight not is a welterweight lol, he had to have been cutting weight.

    The list goes on.

Hopkins already had like 13 or 14 title defenses before he ever met Trinidad if thats what youre referring to, Trinidad himself with his 5'11 frame was starving himself all those years to make 147 so he had no business there anyway.

I've heard Hopkins asked about being a vegetarian and he said he has never been a vegetarian, that he likes meat too much, if you knew anything about Hop you would know he trains like crazy and his weight doesnt flutuate, like one Floyd Mayweather, you see those guys in between fights they are never 5-10 pounds above their fighting weight. Mosley was huge fighting those little guys too. Pac was a kid like 15 fighting at 106, he was just little, heck I'm 6'0 and a half inch and didnt weight 100 pounds at 12 years of age, thats just a case of Pac filling out. Try again.

Honestly I don't see the problem if both guys agree to the fight. Secondly if they are both able to make the wieght it shouldn't be a problem. If Pac wants to jump in there and get his head ripped of by Oscar than so be it.

I just think that people complain too much about boxing. Just watch the fight you want to and leave it at that.

At this stage in Oscars career I would say fighting Manny is a fair fight.

Oscar may be the bigger man but he is not the same Badass he used to be.

Manny is in his prime and Oscar is a shadow of his former self.

It's an even fight and I bet the odds wouldn't be that bad. Maybe 60/40 for Oscar

It's gotta be tough to stay in shape when you fight once every three years for 10 million.

That's a lot of sandwiches and chips.
