its mostly fighters from minimumweight up to lightweight that are actually fighting the best and ducking no one, guys like cristian mjiaries, vazquez or wateva his name is, pac man always fights the best, and plenty of other little guys who never duck each other and just want to fight, not worrying about massive paydays.....cotto also is pretty gutsy taking on guys like mosley, judah, margarito in a short space of time... but guys loike pavlik who im a big fan of is neglecting arthur abraham, his true challenger and the 2nd best mw in the world, to fight a 43 year old hopkins.....these guys who are 40+ gotta call it a day..let the young guys come through.....and dont DONT get me started on oscar de la hoya....

Cotto has been fighting top guys and so has Pacman. Top Rank has proven to be the best promoter out there now.

Excellent post, although I fear that he will not be a World Champion for much longer.

i'm going to add wladimir klitschko as he sought out steward for help and also mentioned that he wanted to work with thompson after the fight because tony has decent defense. so he wants to constantly improve. and, he is a unified champ. we haven't seen one of those for a while. and willing to fight anyone too. so much for don king and his unification plans lol. now, we actually have a legit heavyweight who wants more belts. hell yeah!

pacquiao has earned my respect a long time ago. it doesn't seem like he really takes a fight off. he is always fighting some recognizable name. and keeps winning. even a crooked(or ******ed) judge couldn't put an L on his record for the last 5 years or so.

You beat me to it. I like the way he fights anyone and that he keeps active. He may fight a guy that we haven't heard of, but he's always active when the big names are in other fights or don't want to fight him.
