All those fights are toss up fights. Tarver, Johnson and Dawson will be the obvious favourites, but having said that Diaconu is a top 5 dog in the division and I will cheer him on against either of those with the exception maybe of the Road Warrior.

Henry will have a major belt within a year's time, as long as people don't duck him.

          Good post.

I've seen several of Diaconu's fights, and I've been impressed.

He didn't look as good as usual against Henry. He seemed to have some ring rust after the year of inactivity, but was still able to win a close but clear decision against a very strong young fighter.

I like Diaconu and i think he is a very good fighter and will be successful with the correct match making, however thats until he eventually runs into Mr. bad Chad or Glen Johnson. If Diaconu could some how avoid these two fighters, then he will be fine. Its just Dawson's time right now and he is in the way.

              What if Diaconu defeats Johnson?

I can see it now "Johnson is old and shot" they'll say...

I'd like to see him try, in America of course with international judges. Not in Romania. It's tough because they entice people to Romania with money. Of the green variety.

I don't see anyone saying that, especially condsidering Johnson just gave Dawson so much hell and many people made a case for him beating Dawson. It would be a great win over a guy that is still a top light heavyweight.

Thats quite a big "if". If I'm a manager and we don't have Johnson as a mandatory, I wouldn't put my guy in with Johnson. So many easier fights.

I agree, but there have been talks on a match up between Johnson and Diaconu and after Dawson's some what contraversial loss to Johnson, Glen was awarded by becoming the number one challenger for the WBC title and Diaconu now has the WBC belt. Eventually he has to fight him or he will be stripped.
