This is the perfect fight for Williams to make his MW debut in. I think people would be intrigued by this fight. It isn't ppv material, but they could try it. Scott, can you believe that Abraham has to wait for PAv to fight Hop, and then Cal??? What the hell is up with that lol!!!???

This fight would do zero on PPV, but with Al Haymon behind Williams HBO or Showtime will buy it.

Hopkins is getting this fight because HBO is in bed with Golden Boy. There sure isn't any public demand for this. Abraham is going to fight Marquez this fall anyway. If Pavlik returns to 160 he'll fight AA. If he likes the higher weight he'll try to fight Calzaghe (if he beats Jones).

i like this fight to. but after win or lose i personally would like to see williams stay at welterwieght cause he could make some pretty good fights.

The guys at the WW division are feeling a lot better about their chances now that PW is moving up. I would have like to have seen him unify WW, JMW, then MW! That would have been amazing!

PW vs. Winky is by far a better fight than BHop vs. Pavlik. I hope it gets finalized soon and NOT ON PPV.
