    Povetkin 227.1, Sykes 237.9!

Imagine of Sykes beats Povetkin this would be better for Wlad as he wouldnt have to waste his time with Povetkin and go on top see if he could get a better fight the problem is there arent any better fights out there. I'dd rather have him fight James Toney then anyone else

Thompson weighed more than Klitschko during their fight.
Rahman weighed more than Toney during their fight

ye but thats the best fight for Wlad now espceially if Toney beats a bum or 2 more and gets rated higher it wouldnt be a bad optional defense if he cant get another beltholder to fight.

It's unlikely that Sykes will beat Povetkin and if he does, Wlad has bigger fights than James Toney, Leo. The winner of Ruiz-Valuev could face Klitschko in later fall or early winter...

You have a point but what about Chagaev the winner of that has to fight Chagaev he is champion in reserve or some **** like that, that his status

I think that the WBA would allow the winner an optional defense. They stated that Chagaev has until next June to fight again. In any event, I don't see Povetkin losing this fight....
