Joppy was a legit titlist, he wasn't that good though, Tarver was weight drained so about even IMO.

Tarver wasn't at his best but he is still a better fighter than Joppy so Tarver.

Joppy for mine. To be fair Tarver was a total shell when he fought Bernard. He was just terrible. So many fighters would have given him a whooping.
