Barrera have better legacy due to his many comebacks. It pretty hard to go back on track after you been KOed.

But Morales has the chance if he retired straight away after winning Manny. He should have taken his father advice and retired that time. It makes him look good

I thought that Morales won 2 out of the 3, but I admit I am a little biased, I thought Morales fought the whole fight on both occasions where as Barrera fought in spurts. Morales also to me has as solid a resume with wins over Jones and Pac(past his prime), fighters Barrera doesn't. They both have amazing resumes, I just favor Morales out of favoritism(admittedly).

I thought that was a better one of Morales highlights.

There is a nice Barrera too.

Yeah I agree he was my favorite fighter, but I didn't like watching him go out the way he did. I thought it was BS. Barrera was even more of a brawler. I just liked Morales because it was obvious he could be a hell of a boxer but always put on a fight for the fans.

i don't agree with that more of a man statement.

barrera has been in just as many wars as erik.

they just chose two different ways of fighting manny.

erik knew he didn't have the legs anymore to go all the way so in the 3rd fight he just went for broke. he tried to take out manny and he failed.

marco thought the best way was to box. some say it looked like marco was just trying to survive and not get koed. no one knows that for sure except marco.

sometimes older fighters think they're doing more than they really are. easy for us to judge watching on tv. different in person. that's why the corner is there to advise the fighter on how they're doing. remember his corner kept telling him how he was winning most of the rounds and how great he was doing. marco might've thought what he was doing was working.

I was agreeing with you, that is why I pointed out that he quit, and that Barrera was more of a brawler.
