Breland was a huge welterweight with a devastating jab. However he was way too predictable and Mayweather would have probably figured out how to get in and out without taking too much punishment.

He was kinda predictable, should have made this with Marlon Starling that guy was good and knew how to get inside.

Mayweather would have won by decision, Breland had a fantastic jab but it could be timed and as Scott said, as his fights went on, he became predictable so I think Mayweather would have figured him out and won on the cards.

It would have been cool to watch that era of Welterweights against this era. Those mother****ers back in the late 80's, early 90's were huge. McCrory, Breland, Davis, Curry, Trinidad, Brown, Blocker....those dudes were all around 6'0 and rangy as all hell.

I agree. Starling was a defensive wizard too. That fight would definitely go the distance.
