What would have beating Margarito done for his legacy? Be honest

        Are you kidding me?

He avoided the whole top of the WW division after he beat Baldo, it all started with Margarito... He will be known for having a lot of skill but not takling risky fights in order to save his O...

Thats not what I asked. I asked "What would beating Margarito done for his legacy?" The answer is nothing. Margarito is a good fighter but he is not the caliber of fighter that would have enhanced PBF's legacy and you know it.

          Just answer the question truthfully.

if you dont believe margarito would help mayweathers legacy your an idiot. margarito is the most feared man in the history of the welterweight division. he was the #1 contender at welterweight since 2004 but since mayorga none of the champions would dare fight this man. it would be huge if mayweather gave him his shot and beat him. it would prove that he was not scared to fight a natural welterweight with true welterweight power. it would have done a lot more than wins over mitchell judah baldomir and hatton thats for sure.

I see the green eyed dragons (floyd haters) are still out in full effect.

                Pathetic.

"Margarito is the most feared man in WW history"

                  LMAO!

Tell that to Paul Williams and Daniel Santos...

                  Feared my ass.

The only way Margarito's name gets mentioned when talking about PBF is if he beats Cotto. If Margarito loses to Cotto his named won't be mentioned at all. Margarito will be looked at as journey man whose biggest win was Cintron and every time he stepped to face the so called best he lost. I.E. (Williams and Cotto). Cotto is truly the only person at 147 whose name will be mentioned when talking about PBF at 147.

You and Viva are really inflating Margarito's name in the world of boxing.

                      fight Cotto or Williams ..lol
