    Roberto Duran...........some say SRL used strategy in the timing of some of his fights and that he never fought Pryor. Dont know of any fighter that people can say Duran didn't fight......well unless they're talking about some heavyweight that Duran didn't fight LOL.

            sugar ray robinson.....although then again he fought till age 44 and something like 16 of his 19 losses came in the last 6 years of his career...

            but he never ducked anyone..EVER

            also duran...he fought past his prime yes, but he was truely great and he never ducked anyone...and i mean today hes fat but hes mentally sound...

                      For me it would have to be Ali. He fought all over the world, against the best from more than one generation, from Patterson(won the title in 56) through to Holmes(lost it in 85).

                      Then again he didn't retire intact though....

                      How about Marvin Hagler? He didn't duck anyone and retired intact.
