He has never ducked anyone and has always gone out of his way to make the big fights. He gones from 130lbs all the way up to 160lbs.

Just because you seen two guys get hit with body shots doesn't mean they both felt the same. There is no shame in losing to an all time great fighter like Hopkins.

Not an Oscar fan but your right he never ducked anyone. You have to give him credit for stepping up against Hopkins.

well , he was overprotected at the start of his career . but at 147 he took on the bests and proved he had the heart of a lion. to come out of east LA and become a star and marry a hot girl , he takes hard work and big heart.

i just cant understand how people can say he took a dive against hopkins.
if you ever boxed and took a shot right in th liver , you know your whole body stops working. it s medical , a shocked liver calls all the blood from the legs and arms to protect him , putting the whole nervous and circulatory systems into a panick. no one can go up from a liver shot. it s medecine.

The body shot looked like it could have put DLH down, but out? Who knows unless your the Golden Boy. As Mayorga said, only Oscar knows that. Oh yah, props to Mayorga for getting up after that body shot from Tito. You must be one tough mofo and have a huge heart to be able to get up from a hard, clean bodyshot .

dorin didnt took a liver shot. dorin took a shot in the ribs , and it broke them , plus the impact shocked the whole body. but it the was the power of the shot that generated damage. a pinpoint shot in the liver doesnt need power.
