I think Wlad should be on there. He's won, defended his titles, and took steps towards unification.
It's a lot more than the Taylor, Mosley, Hop, etc have done lately.
The p4p list is also based on skill and talent, and how that would carry regardless of weight.
Imagine someone with Wlad's skin and chin at welter or middleweight.
We would know nothing about them, because they would not be championship caliber.

If it's skill and talent, then put James Toney or Panchito Bojado on there or some guys with skill and talent that lose.
It doesn't matter what you perceive him to be, it's accomplishments like winning that should be judged.

Rafael had Taylor winning every round in the first Pavlik fight, so there might be a man crush going on with him.

Makes me wonder how he scored the Taylor-Hop fights. I am guessing 119-109 or 117-111 ha.

Honestly who gives a ****? This topic sucks. Dan Rafael has proven himself to be a ****ing moron TIME AND TIME AGAIN. This is the same guy who on top of living at the All you can eat buffet line at KFC.....gave/gives no respect to any great fighters. You name a great fighter that was undefeated and doing well and this fat tubby **** would nitpick the **** out of them.

Wladimir should definately be in the top 20 p4p. I have him at 9 or 10 on my list. He is pretty much the victim of his substandard division at the moment.

Kessler, not sure. He doesn't have a very good resume with Mundine and Beyer being his two best names and lost his only big fight to Joe. Abraham also doesn't have a great resume yet. If these two are in the top 20 it is real borderline stuff for mine.

It's always difficult translating a large heavyweight into a P4P rating. There was the same dispute when Lewis was champion.
