He has a soft chin though, he is in trouble. It's not Maccarinelli's stamina that stops him from being good its his chin and the way he leaves it exposed is unbelievable but thats probably to do with the fact he is trained by the great Enzo Calzaghe

I fail to see how either fighter really has earned a shot at the world title. This is the title that Enzo just lost in his fight to Haye, yet he has been given a chance to reclaim it immediately; a eliminator would be nice WBO, sorry I forgot, Warren basically runs this pathetic excuse for a sanctioning body. Alexeev on the other hand has beaten a fine collection of stiffs yet managed to pick up the WBO inter continental title along the way...interesting

I can't really make a prediction on the fight as I am yet to see Alexeev fight. His record suggests that he carries a lot of power, and combined with Enzo's shaky chin will lead a lot of people to one conclusion...I would warn these people not to underestimate Macarinelli. He has underrated boxing ability (see Braithwaite fight) and a hell of left hook on him.

Didn't Braithwaite recently go and spoil Yoan Pablo Hernandez's unbeaten record?

A win over Big Truck shouldn't be underestimated.

Aleeve could possibly turn out like Marco Huck. Very good fighter with skills, but untested on the elite level. I'm looking at Macrinelli by decision.

Alexeev is much better than Huck, trust me. Huck never had the 200+ amateur fights, nor the success st the amateur level. Alexeev is technical perfection in the ring, with quick, accurate punches. Huck has some skills, but sometimes reverts to being a sloppy brawler.

I don't see anything special in Alexeev, here is his last fight:

I see a very intelligent, confident fighter. I liked the way he patiently waited for the right moment to use a nice combination ending in the the quick, accurate power punch that KOed his opponent. He anticipates his opponents attack and moves his head very well - he's technically sound. He's not flashy though, he makes it look easy.
