      MONEY.

Marquez and his team said they were promised a million, they didint get it, so they held off.

The 750k vs. Pac was still as good as if on the ****ing table, when Marquez'
"team" opted for a 30k fight instead, so don't tell me it was a choice
      determined by the payoff.

Morales didn't shy away, and the asskicker got a W against Pac, plus
a decent wad of cash in the process.

            Blown Super Featherweight my ass.

He clearly ducked the best WW had to offer, and hurt his legacy in the process.

What does that have to do with what i just told you? Marquez and his team said they were promised 1 million, they wouldnt take the fight unless it was 1million, not 750k, for whatever reason, they fought John in indonesia, thats what happened.

They turned down more money for less. Claro, seņor?
As you said: whatever (the ****ing) reason they ran to Indonesia,
                    it WASN'T for the money.

THAT was my point, originally made against someone's assertion that only
money determined whether fights got cancelled or not; and which you
responded to. I apologize for misunderstanding you.

Money usually is the biggest reason though, negotiations not going favorably for someone is almost always the reason, networks, management, managers, trainers can easily get in the way as to why a fight doesnt get made, and not to mention, sanctioning bodies.
