I'd expect Enzo to come away from this one with a win. I don't think it would be a walkover though.Comment

No, there's lots of talent at cruiserweight: Kraj, Alexeev, Frenkel, Arslan, etc.
Enzo just didn't choose the good ones for his title defenses.Comment

Im pretty sure they tried to get Steve Cunningham but they couldnt agree terms or something. Crusiers are quite underrated, you've got Enzo, Cunningham, BJ Flores, Adamek, Mormeck still kicking about.Comment

Didn't banks almost die in one his early fights? Having to cling on for dear life. Enzo also hits hard and has more experience than this chump.I dont think saturday's fight should be an indictment.
He was in with a tough veteran who spent half the fight retreating in a gigantic ring. Banks pressed too hard, didnt cut the ring well, and tired down the stretch. The fact that he had the resiliency to pull out the final round with the fight in the balance and all momentum in favor of his opponent says something.
Enzo is packing a glass jaw and Banks hits hard with both hands, I just hope that Banks wins so that Steward can have Wlad and JB defend their titles on the same card in Detroit at Joe Louis Arena.
Macca by KO within 5 rounds.Comment

yea i heard that Cunningham was the preferred opponent too, can only think that it must have been terms rather than either fighter ducking as i doubt Enzo would duck anyone and im pretty sure Cunningham wouldnt.Comment

I think we have different definitions of "talent". He didn't end up with the best opponents in 2 of his 3 defences for whatever reason (I'll just blame Warren, as is my default position).Comment
