    You just proved what I'd said earlier even more. Lacy was outclassed like few fights this decade that were pitched to be close.

    Calzaghe performed well and looked good beating Kessler, you just can't accept it. You're delusion in thinking others including me, agree with you really, is genuinely psychotic, seriously. You really are a complete an utter arrogant, know it all trigger happy kid. Hence your posts are rarely given any merit or taken seriously.

        Objectivity restored. Needless to say I agree. Also Calzaghe just didn't perform great against Nard aswell, most of his fans and even he, freely admit that, so what.

        To say he didn't look good against Kessler is just such bs it's unreal. I can picture WESS getting out debated in a class room, pulling out a gun to try and enforce his clearly wrong view, and the gun doing more damage of him than the other kid. Whether it be the bullet deciding more rightly the justified target, or WESS pointing the gun the wrong way round I don't know.

          I never called Joe powerful. In fact I dont even like Joe Calzaghe, or his fighting style. But I know a washed up fighter when I see one, and Roy is cooked. He doesn't have it anymore. The fact that Tito was close with him for about 7, 8 rounds (Lederman had it 4-4 if I recall, or maybe 5-3 Roy) indicated this quite clearly; Tito was out of the ring for 2 1/2 years and fighting above 160 for the first time

              If Roy can just bring 70% of his old leg movement back for his fight with Calzaghe it will make for a great contest. I can easily see Roy moving around the ring, sticking Calzaghe with his fast counter shots...but in all likelihood Calzaghe will bully into him and fire long, often unaswered combinations at a shelled up Jones that will equate to a Calzaghe UD. Roy can pull this off though, he has the style to nail Calzaghe with shots that B-Hop simply could not put together with his dirty style.

              Heart=Roy KO.

              Head=Calzaghe UD or possible late KO.

              Can the former glorious champ pull it together for that ride out into the sunset??

              I love this fight, and contrary to most critics of this fight being made, I believe it will be filled with action and drama.

                You feel better now? Its funny how you cant accept the fact that Joe Calzaghe is no HOF'er.... And you respond and defend him as if that will boost his pathetically boring career more.... His win over LACY was good, good against a young guy that was supposed to beat and KO him... He beat a ROBOT Kessler that many say was unproven.. yea for JOE! If your telling me his last 5 fights where anything great or that he looked anything better than **** you are just a blinded typical Joe calzaghe fan... YES he beat Kessler.. I actually thought kessler would have won and I was wrong, still he didn't impress me any with the win. He just proved me wrong on the out come of the fight... Hey I didn't realize you were so sensitive towards Little Joey... my bad dude... I didn't mean to hurt your feelings..

Many of them were credible domestic rivals, who you do have to beat to get to the top. You don't know them just like I don't know many of US boxers pre- title fights and defences.

                    As for whether Hatton was 'great' it depends what that means. Is he one of the best boxers ever? No, of course not. Is he one of the best boxers in the world right now? Of course he is. He remains undefeated as a JWW, has won a title at WW and his only loss is to the P4P#1 boxer in the world. He is an excellent boxer. Think about it, who can you say for sure beats him at 140? Probably no-one. Bradley is likely the best shout and even that is asking a lot of the young man.

                    So, I'm not saying you're wrong exactly, just suggesting its a good idea to think a little bit. Someone who is capable of being 'the man' at his chosen weight usually is a pretty great boxer, but thats not the same as being one of the greatest ever.

                    Are you really trying to defend Dan_UK when he admits he only watches British boxing? LOL. Come on man.

                    As for Hatton, he's clearly a bit overrated, don't you think? I know your points are fine, he's a domestic good fighter. On the international scale, just a tad overrated.
