Man that is called getting buzzed. If a perfect shot to the temple by a guy who Emmanuel said "You can clearly see the size difference" cant put him down, the little hobbit from PR wont be able to either.

Margarito DID throw a clear low blow, but it was NO WAY intentional, unlike cotto who makes his low blows clear as day AND Margarito is NOT notorious for intentional low blows.

WOW! You need eyes, Cotto is a much more technically sound, but the beard goes to Margarito in this fight. Cotto has been hurt numerous times and has always come out with the w because of this. But his power may for once in his career not be an issue. He may not be able to rely on it to win him the fight, Margarito can take anything that Cotto can throw, it will take a very accumulative beating to take Margarito down. Santos is a solid fighter, he hurt Margarito so what, does Cotto have his power? HELL NO! If Cotto will win it will be with his boxing ability, but not with his chin. Cotto has been hurt probably 7 plus times in big fights but he is undefeated.

what the **** does what you posted have to do with what i posted??????? I posted a gif to show mr machoman what chicken dance or hurt looks like. Santos win over marg is as controversial as cotto's win over shane only margarito was fighting a young bigger stronger fighter not an old washed up fighter whose best days were at 135-140 more THAN 10 YEARS AGO!!!

Lovely. You even got a boy calling for owning. "Keep owning them Rog!". Let's look at the FACTS:

May 27, 2008: Ras44 does a Poll on whether Margarito is a bum or not, and votes NO. He also explains why:

              I voted "NO".

              Strengths

              - Margarito has one of the best chins in boxing today. The only fighter with comparable chin is Baldomir.

              - Margarito has exceptional stamina. He can throw upwards of 100 punches per round and doesn't seem affected at all by fatigue.

              - Margarito has a very good inside game. Trading with him inside is not the most intelligent option to beat him

              - Killer uppercut.

              - Volume puncher. Can win close rounds based on his punching output.

              Possible weaknesses

              - Doesn't know how to "fight tall". Will give up height shorter opponents because he likes the inside game.

              - Doesn't properly use all the leverage he could on a lot of his punches. Still, he is strong enough to knock people out without proper technique.

              - Throws too many wide punches, leaving himself open to counterpunches.[/I]

I think Margarito will probably win, but at 1:5 odds I would take Cintrón. Of course I'm Puertorican so I'm "rootin'" for Cintrón, but seriously, he has done nothing lately that would make me think he would bet Margarito in a rematch, specially after the Feliciano fight. I hope I'm wrong. April 12, 2008

To me, it looked like Steward was instructing Cintrón on how to take a beating from Margarito. Push Margarito after what he was doing to Cintrón inside? Ras44 - April 13, 2008

Ras44 WW rankings, April 13, 2008 (look at how I put Marg at a draw with Williams, even when Paul already beat him):

              1. Cotto
              2. Mosley
              3. PBF
              4. Quintana
              5. Margarito / Williams (draw)
              6. Zab
              7. Cintrón

April 12, 2008 - Ras44 posts the link to the video where Margarito mocks Cintrón and quotes Tony:

"He (Cintrón) went in with one of his clown acts and I did it because I know he has that inside his head, and now I'll make him cry for two reasons, first because I I'll give him his second beating, and second because I'll take his title. History will repeat itself. I will knock him out"

As it is, there are two guys that can manhandle Floyd Mayweather at 147: Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito. Ras44 - April 30, 2008

Or he may be waiting for the right moment to face a dangerous WW. For example, assume that Cotto and Margarito DO go to a war, with multiple knockdowns scored by both fighters. A war much like Tito/Vargas. If that does happen, I expect Mayweather to be the one calling for a fight with either Margarito or Cotto. Ras44 - April 30, 2008

You obviously don't know what your looking at when you see a fight. Santos is a much bigger guy(and new light middle weight champion. His only 3 losses come to opponents with a combined record of 72-1). Santos is a big guy with true one punch knock out power. Santos hit margarito on the temple twice while margarito had his legs wide and off balance and yet margarito's only reaction was to step back from being off balance even before the punch even landed. I seen maybe one shot where it was boderline low dont even know if you call it low much less obsessive. You trying to compare that to the blows cotto has done in numerous fights is ridiculous. All that video does is shows is how non affective cotto's punches will be. Santos is a much bigger stronger guy than both cotto and margarito and if santos couldnt put margarito down while marg had his legs wide, off balanced, with a shot to the temple i have no idea how cotto is going to take marg down. I would love cotto to go to the body only to receive a ****en nasty uppercut in return! Ras your hate for margarito is clear as water quite trying to cover it up!
Now, after getting it clear that I am not a "Margarito Hater" (go on, search for more of my posts, the most anti-Margarito thing you can come up with is me saying he is going to get outclassed by Cotto, and that's not hate in any way), let's go to your other arguments:

                  1. Am I suppossed to excuse Margarito of his loss because he fought a bigger guy? First of all, bigger/taller does not automatically means stronger. Mike Tyson, Zab Judah, and precisely Miguel Cotto can attest to that. Margarito is very strong, much stronger than Paul Williams, even though he's not as tall. Even though, that's just me explaining, because how you are bigger/smaller has nothing to do with winning since they fight by WEIGHT CLASS. They fought in the same weight class? YES. Are they allowed to come at a different weight come fight night? YES. Can weight draining affect you adveresly? YES. (see Cotto at 140). So no excuses about size, ok?

If you really, really thought things well, you'd know you are actually saying that the Margarito/Cotto fight isn't fair as well, and that if Cotto somehow losses, he's excused.

                  2. Yes, Santos is good. I know that. Everybody should know that. So... what's the point? He's very good, he won against Margarito... so what's your point? That Margarito lost against a good fighter? Well yes, so what? I know that, and I think every serious boxing fan should also know that. OOOHHH, but then we go to the reason these videos started flowing... that ignorant loudmouth VIVA, who called Santos a PUNK and called this fight a robbery. Well, I had to remind him what his idol said about that.

                  3. Whether Cotto's punches are effective or now, we'll have to see. I don't see how you thinking they won't be (or me thinking they will be) will affect the outcome. But feel free to keep ranting about how Cotto will lose. If he loses, I'll show my "Margarito hate" again, and congratulate you.

Stop the ridiculous "Ras you hate Marg yes you do" posts, because it's BS and you know it. I don't even go into the Mexico vs Puerto Rico hate threads that run around NSB. You know why? I don't hate. And If I have something to say about a particular Mexican/Chinese/Martian fighter, I'll be specific.

you must be ******ed if you think i actually had interest in reading those to longs posts. I caught the excuses about him fighting a bigger guy. I never made any excuses for him not getting the controversial win in puerto rico. You posted a video that supposedly shows margartio "hurt, wobbled, chicken dance" and i clearly explained that he wasnt and noted he got hit in the temple by a much bigger stronger guy while he was off balance and still didn't go down.

You claim to not be a margarito hater but yet this is the 2nd thread of you posting video's trying to be little margarito i've also seen posts where you do the same...NOt too mention damn video is 4 years old...and its a video of margarito moving up in weight and fighting a 3 time world champion and current light middle weight champion of the world and losses a close decision in a fight he was taking over in the guys back yard becuase of a ****** headbutt. You fail dude!!

Santos is abit underrated and strong.

But also Margarito is bigger than many of the guy at WW too.

At the end of the day is not how many times you get hurt or knockdown it who stands up and win.

learn from Kassim Ouma, Diego Corrales and Holt.
