**** Arum. I give Jones a better shot against Joe, than Williams against Pavlik. Williams vs Pavlik is a MUCH Bigger mismatch. Funny how a guy who is titled as "taking on all commers", is fighting a welterweight AFTER a "tune up" against that bum locket. Taylor was fighting the much better opposition during his reign. I don't blame Pavlik for this, I blame Arum.

IMO Jones has a better chance at beating joe than pavlik has. The fight most likely is going the distance in both fight, the difference is Jones is the much better boxer. And with Joes lack of power, Jones chin is not going to be that much of an issue.

Say Lacy wasn't overrated lol. I never hyped up Miranda like some of the others around here did. Some said he was the "hardest puncher" in the MW division. Pav easily destroyed him so yeah, he may very well have been overrated. JT however, was not overrated. Lol and what do you expect fans to do when a big underdog unbeaten challenger knocks out the MW champ? Should we shake our heads and say, "ehh, it was an ok win?" Come on now.

And who cares about Hop, the only way he would of affected JC's career in any way, was if he beat him. So he is irrelevant aside from being one of the big names on JC's resume.

nope, you say GOD DAMN that was a great fight and damn did they BOTH get the **** beat out of each other... I took my hats off to both... The better man won that fight.... Joe wanted no part of that KO mess.... clearly stated.... Just as he fought Peter Manfredo (a deserving contender right?) another easy fight on the books....

He beat a prime Kessler and a prime Lacy right? Stop bringing up Eubanks, that guy was in practically the same position as Hopkins and Jones, his career was at its end when Calzaghe beat him. And Kessler has yet to beat an elite level fighter so to me he remains unproven.
Look, you don't even make sense. He will be in the H.O.F, you know it, I know it, and the boxing world knows it.

Lets say it was a great win lol. People found out in that fight that JT couldn't really fight. An he needs a lot more wins to reach Calzaghe's reign. Cal is going to the H.O.F. Pav, he had a grerat win over a fighter who he exposed as not being able to fight inside. No inside game, Pav inside and outside game. Tell Pav to fight Abraham...TELL HIM! LOL

If Aa catches Pav, it's all over. Just like that lol. Pav is either going to take a beating, or he will go early, and his chin suggests early lol.
