Which Opponent is the Best for Pac Legacy Wise? Valero or Sotto

I still think Valero is better. He's gotten so much rep for his power and he is undefeated. They could easily sell this fight with proper advertising. Can Manny do what none of Valero's 24(?) opponents have done? Can Manny survive the first round? Will Valero still remain undefeated after facing THE MAN? Not to mention it has war written all over it style wise. We saw how awesome Pacquiao can look against another southpaw with him using his right hook like a slashing knife, over and over. It'll let Manny be at his full disposal against Valero but he can't afford to let Valero get anything in. Soto on the other hand, to sell the fight will be tougher and ultimately it's high risk low reward for Manny. Plus, aren't you tired of him facing Mexicans? I'd love to see him face the Venezuelan bomber
