Brian Nielson was Champ and had a 67-0 record prior to fighting Mike Tyson.

Has Valero fought someone who didn't have more than five jobs?

            That's a pretty good point.
Soto always brings something to each fight and is no push over. Valero can't fight in the US I believe and Pac is trying to stay active which is a good thing for him. I think regardless Pac has a good resume, some fighters only fight twice a year, the fight isn't a joke by any means and should be entertaining.
Valero has to do something more to bring himself into the picture for a Pac fight.

Valero is considered a deadly puncher regardless of who he's fought. It is hard to knock out every opponent in the first two rounds even when they are as bad as Valero's are. Soto just lost last year. There is no way in hell he deserves a fight with Pacquiao before Guzman, Casamayor, Campbell or Marquez (just for trilogy sake).

I understand your point, but that is factually incorrect. Neilsen had about 20 less wins than that and had been stopped by ****ie Ryan.

Vicente Mosquera is a very good fighter who got KTFO by Valero. Fair play to Pacquaio for taking this fight, it's a tough one for sure. In fact I expect him to lose, but then Valero hasn't fought anyone on that level before so I could be mistaken.
