Castillo was his number 1 contender pal. Dunno where you're getting two years from. The only time Witter was ever number 1 contender was after Hatton lost to Mayweather.

About the propose rematch between Sotto-Lorenzo, it make no sense!
Anyone who know boxing, especially the one who saw the fight knew it was a one sided ass kicking by sotto.
Fans who are not ****** wouldn't watch this fight...
The WBC should hand Sotto the WBC 130lbs Interim Belt...

With regards to sotto fighting the Pacman, I don't have problem with it.
Joan Guzman may have outbox Sotto, but he was not beating him.
Matchup Style:
Pacquiao-Sotto is more enternaining tha Pacquiao-Guzman.

The only thing that keeps a little interest on Pacman-Guzman, is the fact the Guzrun keeps winning fights. If Joan wins over Campbell, I for one will be the #1 supported of Pacman vs Guzrun!!!

Although, I prefer Valero over Sotto as the Pacman's next opponent...

Moving up now and fighting the other top fighters in LW will be too risky. If Pac loses on November then he can say goodbye to a money fight with Hatton. Better get KO by Hatton for say 10 Million than other 140 fighters for 3M...

Soto or Valero is perfect for Pac. They are live opponents whom Pac can handle. Its a safer fight compared to moving up and fighting with the likes of Holt or Witter.
