I don't think most people know dude, perhaps a lot more so now on boards like this still. Even Wlad in the interview posted on this site, said himself "Hayes not fought at HW before". I mean how he doesn't know of the #1 unified guy from the division below period, let alone that he has fought at his weight is supremely ignorant.
Everyone is ducking Haye

Because 9 months ago no one knew who David Haye was outside of England. And no, Haye still hasn't fought anyone with a pulse at HW.I don't think most people know dude, perhaps a lot more so now on boards like this still. I merely said, for quite a sizeable amount of boxing fans, and a pro boxer, the #1 at HW, to not know about a champ at CW is fairly ignorant.
I'm not saying anything of Haye's HW opposition so chill christ, the fact is he fought at that weight and has clearly not only be transparent about wanting to fight at the top level at HW (the division above him, a common thing) but he has fought there, and many fans, even Wlad, don't know this. That's all I've said people, stop putting words into my mouth or addressing slightly different points.Comment

Haye ducked Cunningham, yet claimed to clean out the CW division, then jumps to HW and tries to get a huge payday without paying his dues (like Holyfield, who fought 6 real HWs like Dokes and Thomas before getting his shot.)
Exciting fighter with fast hands and I look forward to seeing him fight a live body at HW for once, but let's be realistic. So lets not see anyone complain when Haye fights an 'average' Heavyweight fighter in his first fight. Cos it honesty, he's unlikely to get a top 10 guy straight away, completely irrelevant of whether he wants to or not.Comment
