This is going to be a good fight.
Both guys have similar styles: fast hands, jabs, and good footwork. Tarver possesses more power, and Dawson has the youth advantage.
Plus the winner of this fight could take on the winner of Diaconu-Johnson that will most likely happen in the wake of Dawson being stripped of his title. And Dawson-Johnson II or the rubber match Tarver-Johnson III would be great fights as well. Although like Wlad Owns, I see a late KO.

Dawson's pretty mediocre, but he'd handle Calzaghe without much trouble. Calzaghe will never fight him though.
