That's funny, because if/when be beats Lacy, Taylor and Calzaghe's big names on their resumé will look remarkably similar, with wins over Hopkins and Lacy... Joe's got a win over Kessler and Taylor's got the draw with Winky, but I think you see my point.

Taylor's only problem is that he hasn't won impressively since before he won the title... his most impressive moments have been in his losses to Pavlik. I think that's a good sign for the future, though.

Thats why I think will be seeing a better jeff lacy using his hard jab, and hard body punches and hard uppercuts. Every punch Lacy throws is hard, all he has to do is make sure he lands those punches, if not then Taylor will make him look ****** like Calzaghe did and probably out point him to a decision. Lacy can't go into this fight looking back and saying what if I did this or what if I did that, he has to go in this fight knowing what he'll do and accomplish. He cannot back down, his chin looks good so I don't know why his last few fights have looked like ****.

Yes. Even though his opponent is no elite this fight will tell us if lacy has his explosiveness back that he lacked against Manfredo and if hes comfortable with his left hook again. He lost much of his explosives after the long layoff from the injury but i hope he gets it back.

Jermain should fight Lacy...A comeback fight with a fighter better known is better for him if he wins then he could go fight froch..

I want to see Taylor succeed. Taylor can make a lot of noise in the SMW division, I would favor him against Abraham, Kessler, and Miranda (if he can somehow get back to the top of the rankings). Taylor could of beaten Pavlik, had he taken a tune up fight first. Ozzie Nelson is a good trainer, he improved a lot when he was with him. If I was professional boxer, I would definitely train with Ozzie Nelson.

In a perfect world these two shouldnt be fighting for a title.

I cannot think of a more deserving pair of boxers to fight in a title eliminator than these two losers.

Taylor is overrated. What about him is that good?
