Always use 16oz for everything, make sure you have two pairs of gloves for sparring and bag/pad work, i would get the Cleto Reyes gear or some grant gloves if you have big hands grant seems to favor bigger hands, i have the Cleto Reyes gear and its real good just stay away from everlast gloves

What fingers stick out alittle your thumb? or index/middlefinger if your a bigger guy or just got big hands get Grant gloves they favor the bigger guys im a little dude i got Cleto Reyes and they fit just fine but your gloves shouldnt be slidding around your fist at all
