how did i forget
1) vasquez-marquez 4!!!! I got Vasquez
2) holt-torres III to finally settle this ****. I got Holt
3) Shane- Forrest III - For Shane's redemption. If Forrest beats mora and Shane blasts out Forrest two time conqueror- Mayorga, why not? Forrest is ripe for a beatdown by the better-aged Shane at this stage in Vernon's injury-plagued career.
IF RJJ beats Calzaghe
1) Tarver IV
2) Johnson II
Then retire the all-time greatest lb-4-lb having beat every opponent he's faced (the way Lennox retired, but with more impressive accomplishments, a better comeback, and ultimately higher on the list of greats)Last edited by mspiegelo; 07-09-2008, 03:18 PM.Comment

Vitali Klitschko vs Lennox Lewis.
Rumors are the stuff old men trade from their rocking chairs, sitting safely by their fires. If Lennox Lewis comes out of retirement to give Vitali Klitschko another fight, the Chunk might just have to part with the price of a plane ticket and show up in person for that one. Two grand for a decent seat is a bargain. It would cement Lewis's legacy as a class act, and silence the boxing critics once and for all.
Both fighters have had a great deal of down time, so ring rust and rest wouldn't be factors. I think Klitschko fought the fight of his life that night and got careless. Lewis under performed and was capable of a better showing. Lewis still found the way to win though.
If, and I stress the word "IF" a second fight ever takes place, I would have to take Lewis. Vitali could easily prove me wrong, and either way it would be a draw like no other, maybe even bigger than Oscar/Floyd.
Lewis by KO late rounds, say 8 or 9th.Comment
