and baldo was somebody. no one didnt even know who this dude was until he beat zab judah which doesnt say much cause zab hasnt done **** at welter weight. margarito would have given floyd a way better fight. he chose baldo because it was an easier fight with the same amount of money being offered. it wasnt because he didnt need he just picked the easier fight out of the two. you floyd fans need to face the fact that mayweather chose his opponents carefully so he can retire undefeated. if he was the best fighter ever like he claims he is he would have went after top competition which meant the likes of cotto, quintana, williams, margarito, and cintron. true champions like to be challenged and beat the best their division has to offer. floyd didnt do that at welterweight cause he knew he would take an L by fighting them. that to me is actions of a coward. call me what you want i dont care but theres no excuse for floyd not fighting any of those guys. i wish him luck in his retirement but i hope he can live with the fact that he will be looked at by alot of people as a coward who avoided top competition just to protect his perfect record. thats bull****.Comment

Everyone who is not an idiot fake Floyd fan knows that Gayweather ducked Margarito.First of all Margarito had been calling out Lil Floyd Joy Sinclair long before the Baldo fight was even in discussion but a true champion would have fought both of them.. It's all about the money right? What better way to get more money then to fight Judah, then Margarito and finish the year of with Baldo... I mean to you Floyd Boys Margo has and always will be a bum right? What better tune up for Baldo (The greatest linear champ of our time... lolz) You're telling me Mayweather couldn't have fought four times that year and earned even more money?
And don't give me that it's too much for one year bull****.. Cotto has been fighting 3 times a year since 2005.

If i had the option i would fight Baldomir but Mayweather could have fought Margarito down the line imo, I just hate the fact that people like Brian Kinney was critising Mayweather for not fighting Baldomir when he went ahead with the Zab judah fight.
IMO whatever Mayweather does he would be critise for it.Comment

there is nothing really to defend, he ducked antonio margarito, yes, he did, but my problem is that this topic was argued to death here 2 years ago, and rehashing it now is ******. I know why floyd ducked him and in reality it was better for him to do it since he was already bein ripped for not having the linear championship. fighting margarito and then winning would have done nothing for him. yes he turned down that career payday, but he did it for the right reasons, but there is no doubt he ducked him
HOWEVER, who ****ing cares its 2006, margarito and cotto are fighting, its going to be great, and you get the same ****ing ****** mother****in jackasses bringing this **** up, and they claim they cant stand the man, yet they could have used the search function typed in "margarito mayweather" and found 200 threads worth of arguments between me, bozo, ferocity, parody, and sin as well as deliveryman going through every ounce of argument in defense of the desicion.
at this point, who ****ing cares, logically i would think that since so many cant stand this man, they would avoid talking about him, but obviously they miss him, if they didint, they wouldnt examine every aspect, every duck, every potential matchup, every misstep like yall do. This is starting to become a shame, on both sides, weather you like or dislike mayweather you guys are acting real pathetic at this point, and so am i for even writing in this topic.Comment
