    Help me out here...
I did pick Mosley to beat Cotto and by knock out too but after Cotto did what he did to Mosley you can't say he is anything but the best in the division and he will prove it further more when he beats Margarito.

Don't tell me you never had a prediction wrong? And I am a fan of both Cotto and Mosley.
    YOU FAIL.

Cotto is doing what that ***** ass ***** was always afraid to do and that is fight the best! I never heard Cotto tell Margo he needed to step his game up to step into the ring or any of that nonsense.. Face it.. y'all bitter angry and jealous that someone who y'all feel isn't on Mayweather's level is doing everything he couldn't do!

btw Gomez was a tune up/stay active fight..

Who has Mayweather fight or wants to fight? nobody.

And you are right.. Mosley is old but so is DLH and Mayweather fought the Name DLH but did not fight the fighter he used to be so he gets no credit for that either.
Ok so Urkal, Gomez, Quitana, Judah, Mosley is better than Oscar, Baldomir, Hatton, Mitchell and Judah?
Even though i didnt agree with it baldo was the #1 ranked welterweight and may fought judah before cotto did.. hatton was the #1 guy at junior welter and a former welter champ and oscar was the #1 guy at superwelter..
ok yeah sure Cotto's resume is better please

the funny thing is these idiots are talking about WW campaigns and then comparing to Floyd's. If Cotto's WW campaign is overrated, then how horrible must Floyd's be.

I think his stint at welter has been overrated by his fans.. Im not saying he didnt fight anyone good, im just saying he didnt beat the best..

Oktay Urkal - a veteran boxer, good but not great.. not really a proven champ he lost all his fights against good competition.. he's one of those stepping stone fighters

Zab Judah - A fighter with all the skills but lacks mental toughness and had been coming off a string of bad losses and inactivity.. Even with that he could of handed Cotto his first loss and the dynamic of the fight may have been different if he didnt suffer from those multiple low blows..

Carlos Quitana - a decent fighter many people thought he would beat cotto..

Shane Mosley - a good fighter when he was younger.. relied on his speed and athletic abilities kind of like judah.. he was a game challenge and is a proven champ and some argue he beat cotto, even though i believe cotto won..

Alfonso Gomez - to me he was a C- fighter.. Known for being on the contender, has decent skills but isnt really fast and hasnt accomplished anything and isnt a threat.. his best quality is his strong chin..

none of the fighters were the ring welterweight champs at the time or ranked # 1

we can compare it to Judah's resume at welterweight or even Mayweather's and there resume is greater if not equal to Cotto's in my opinion
This can be done to any fighter in the history of boxing. I can make any fighter overrated NEXT

it is overrated, but it's better than margarito's, and arguably paul williams.

Shane Mosley is still a top Welterweight, so I don't undersand why you discredit Cotto's victory over him. True, Judah does have all teh skill in the world, but lacks mental toughness, but I remember a lot of people saying Cotto would fail in his biggest test up to that point. Well, Cotto absolutely demolished Judah.
