Floyd had a great chin ...

No question, Love him or hate him - And to be honest i lean more towards the hate side, Look at some of the huge shots he took in his career though (Ok Viva he didn't take as many as your Mexican warriors but thats because he didn't have too) .. Corley hit him with a huge shot that rocked him, But that was a shot that could have KO'd most in the division, He recovered well ... Also in the Castillo fights he took some good shots, Beleive it or not Hatton hit him with some good shots every now and again, De La Hoya hit him with some absolute corkers and he didn't flinch much.

Yes, he does have a really good chin. It's just that you don't really notice it often because he rarely gets hit flush. But he can take a punch for sure..

Yep. It's an aspect often over looked due to him not getting hit much. But those who have found a way through his defense to land clean on him have found he takes the shots well.

He does have an OK chin, it hasn't failed him.

I'm a big Floyd guy, but I wouldn't go as far as to say he had a great chin. Fact of the matter is we will never really know as it has never been tested. Sure he was hit flush a couple of times but nobody was ever really able to follow it up.

When Corley hit him and rocked him, He jumped all over Floyd but he covered up well.

Oscar De La Hoya for the most part was all over Floyd after he landed.

            Castillo never stopped coming.

I forgot to mention Judah too, Judah is one of the fastest hardest hitters in the division, Even more so then and Judah only hurt him with a shot to the bollocks

His chin was tested and passed IMO.

Just cause he jumped all over him doesn't mean he landed anything clean again.

I hope this is a joke.

                Castillo was a body puncher.

Fast/hard hands are irrelevant if they don't land. Judah had a couple of good rounds but that is it.

He did land something clean again, But my primary point is that he took a shot in the first place that would KO most.

                  Have you seen the fight?

                  Castillo was a body puncher.

Body punchers don't throw head shots?

Judah landed extremely hard punches on Floyd multiple times in the fight which had little to no effect.

                  I can't beleive i'm defending Floyd

He can take a punch. But can he take a barrage of punches for 12 rounds? Benitez had a good chin too, and cat-like reflexes, nevertheless he got his ass put down by some accurate, fast power punchers. Floyd will never be tested in this way because no one in the division are as accurate, powerful, and fast as SRL or Hearns.
