Wlad should be the Ring Magazine champion...Everyone knows Wlad is the best heavyweight in the world...He dominates the division, unified the belts and he clearly beat Ring Magazine #2 ranked heavyweight Sam Peter....Last time I checked, if you beat the Ring #2 ranked heavyweight that means you get the Ring Belt.

Peter's a lot better then he was last time they fought so they have to fight again. Wlad's probably better too, but still. -
Wlad didn't even have a title when he fought Peter, the fact that Peter is #2 now doesn't mean anything. The ring has their rules and they follow them. Hell Juan Diaz had 3 of the LW belts that he had earned individually and they still wouldn't give him the ring belt.Comment

you have to be lineal or hold all 3 wba , wbc , ibf belts.
it's also if the #1 and #2 fight then the winner can be set up to be considered ring champ.Comment
