god this fight has me salivating like a perfectly cooked medium rare ribeye steak, pan seared!!!!!! to where it has that nice crust on the outside with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, drizzled with a pan sauce deglazed with red wine and butter,YUM!

if margarito starts fast like he has been, WHOA!, this fight is going to be one for the ages. both these guys are tough and both these guys not only can dish out a good whooping they can both take their licks. basically it's going to be, at least the way i see the fight going, who puts the chinck in who armor first, who hurts who first will decided things and the outcome. both these guys have no dog in them, they come to **** and the way margarito has been in his last few fights, man o man, cotto's track record has been there for making exciting fights, this one in reality is a pickem fight, provided both are in prime condition and ready to fight on fight night. it would be terrible if either one over trained and comes in stiff and life less............which can happen on a high profile fight such as this.

I predict a KO by Tony in the 8-9th round, he's just too strong.
Very logical to see it that way as a Margarito fan. Margo is Cotto's biggest test.

Cotto's versatility wins out - IMO; but that's what makes this a great fight. I will give Tony all the props if he beats Cotto as you say.

He can't come to the realization that Cotto has more fans in Brooklyn than Zab...

          It's true

            It can't be proven.

It's just what Floyd fans and Margarito supporters say to make themselves feel better.

I keep hearing that Tony is taller and that this will give him an advantage in the fight, with the way Cotto hits to the body this will be perfect. I can't see either Tony or even Paul Williams taking too many shots in that area. I will say it again, Tony will be knocked out after Cotto destroys his ribs first!!! You guys cannot think about putting this bum in Cotto's class, he is just a regular fighter and Cotto will prove that. After this, let's see if Gayweather even thinks about coming back, chances are he will get into sumo wrestling to look for more excuses!!!

Only way Cotto loses this fight is if he beats himself by not fighting smart or being lured into an all out brawl with Margarito. If Cotto boxes smart and ocasionally goes toe-to-toe I think he'll win a clear decision.

Yeah, I agree Cotto CAN win a decision! But I will still go with Margarito by KO!

I just pray that Margarita gets crazy and forgets who he has in front of him the day of the fight, I know he can't be that dum. As for the Cotto camp, there is no doubt that they know how dangerous Margarita can be but the fact is that Cotto is a more complete fighter and don't forget this, Cotto is very fast which is one of the biggest issues his opponents found out when they faced him, none of them saw that speed coming!!! Cotto by 8th round KO!!! And you know what?? He will look good doing it!!!
