i think another rematch won't be as exciting as the first two fight.
marquez won't make same mistake again by being too aggressive.
it's gonna be like floyd vs. oscar.

Pacquiao beating Hatton would be anything but "meaningless". It would be a 5th - arguably 6th - weight class where he's won a title.

And this wouldnt be beating some weak paper champion like David Diaz. This would be defeating The Man at 140lbs. Hatton has never lost at the weight and is a completely different animal there than at 147. If Pacquiao were to beat him, he'd put himself up there with some of the greats.

I would like for him to beat Hatton first then he could fight JMM again if he wants to. But just like everyone else said, its kind of settled. But at the same time i wouldnt mind.

both fights will depend on the outcome of their next fights..

i think JMM is scheduled to fight casa, hatton-mallinaggi and arum is leaning towards a valero fight for pac..

If JMM wins against Casa, I would rank him @ #1 in the lightweights, with pac 2nd, just because you can't compare Diaz and Casa. The hatton fight is too soon, he barely went to light weight against Diaz who ain't that much of a puncher. He should Fight JMM and DOMINATE THAT WEIGHT CLASS before fighting Hatton. IF anything PAC doesn't need HATTON. But Getting that convincing fight against JMM would erase that debate, wether he was old or not.

is a case of expanding his legacy by getting a belt in another weight class and getting more $$$ in the process.. or shutting up his critics on for him to prove that their rematch was no fluke..

there's only one winner here, the fans!
