He could possibly be ok boxing technique was very crude back then so he may have looked like a man among boys. The same goes for any boxer moving back in time though IMO.

He isn't great in this era, so no he wouldn't. I like Tony, but some really overrate him..

I can't really factor how he would do in a 25 round fight. Boxing was just so much different then. One thing I do know is that Margarito would be a legitimate contender during any period that I have watched boxing over many years.
