Out of 11 rounds of struggling and trying to find Holt, Torres throws his first right hand in the rematch and floors Holt. Imagine if that headbutt aint land? ooh man.

Third fight has got to made! **** make it for September. Make it prompt! On an undercard of a PPV!

All of these people complaining about a head butt [one that torres didn't seem to notice, as far as it inhibiting him] are wishfully insane. You can clearly notice as Holt's head bobs to 'his' right, Torres' head simultaneously jerks to 'HIS right, or Holt's left before he stumbled to HIS left and against the ropes. Meaning that Torres was reacting to something else that propelled him against the ropes. A head butt to the jaw at that moment would have jerked Torres' head in the opposite direction. Rather, it looks like Torres responded to an initial right hand, leading up to the fatal one. This observation is also supported by the opinion of another boxingscene staff writer who was at ring side.

"Holt caught Torres with a right hand that put him to the ropes and Holt's second right hand was a devastating punch that slumped a motionless Torres into a seated position on the middle rope, face down, out cold, and the fight was over just 1:01 into the first round."

      and from another boxingscene observer:

"Holt was knocked down again and appeared to be in serious trouble. As Torres moved in for the kill, Holt stood his ground and Torres walked right into a hook [right hook] and a right hand that knocked him out cold."

I was there too and I don't think Holt would have landed that shot if not for the butt. I was pretty ****in close too, so people have different points of view and some tend to believe what others say......but fuc* that I SAW THAT **** RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! and I tend to believe my own eyes.

          Look at the replays!

Even if Torres ain't mention it, its because it happened so fast. The dude got hit rigth on the jaw with Holt's forehead! Chin checked his ass with his head! Then on top of that Torres' left hand gets caught on the rope, the hand he could've had up to block the right hand.

Im mad because this fight could've gone longer and probaly more action, but didn't! A third fight is a must. Make it in September!

You're lying and obviously saw no headbutt. It is mechanically impossible for a man's head to swing one way when a force is supposedly pushing it another way. Therefore, it is impossible that what made his head jerk to the side and what caused him to stumble on the ropes was due to a headbutt, but a right hook. So yes, fucc what you SAY you saw with your own eyes since it doesn't make sense.

If you didnt see the head-butt then you are blind or you are just choosing not to see it. It happened, it was an accident... Holt took advantage. If the head butt didnt happen, Holt would have NEVER been able to land that punch.

Sorry buddy your sentiments are contrary to the majority.

Like I said, and like the boxingscene writers said, he stumbled due to a right hand. Argue with Mark Vester and Mark DeSisto.. The "majority " of forum weirdos don't apply.

                  I think Holt got lucky.
Torres had knocked him down two times and was swooping in for the kill. He left off a desperate short left hand that caught Torres in the rib cage and then their heads came together staggering Torres. If not for the headbutt, I think Torres would have won.
There should be a third fight.

There was no headbutt that ended the fight, it is mechanically impossible given which way their heads were moving at the moment of impact (when Torres was hurt). Stop making stuff up. Torres got sc****d and dumped.

So if the marks change their opinions...... then what? You can't expect everyone in the press to have gotten it right. BUT THE FOOTAGE??? Press was all over the place and not everyone saw what happened because it was a very fast minute with the knock downs.....Some writers ended up asking what happened. There was all kinds of confusion and disbelief! some said it was a body shot, some said right hook, BUT THE FACTS ARE THERE.
