Edwin Valero's Medical Records Submitted to Nevada

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, underscoring the fact that he wants to do things in “the appropriate way,” has submitted all the pertinent documents of WBA super featherweight champion Edwin Valero to “the most eminent neurosurgeon in Nevada” Dr. Michael Seiff to study. [details]

Man, I hope the man is truly ok physically, and okay'd to fight in Vegas. Bigpop is on top of this thing. GJ

I just hope Valero's medical suspension is lifted in other states including Nevada ASAP. There are, after all, a lot of fight fans who want Valero to fight the best out there and make a name for himself as a authentic KO artist. A Pacquiao - Valero crash has been anticipated tremendously, at least by avid Japanese boxing fans. I'd like Mr. Honda and Arum to manage things nicely. Oh well, both gentlemen know how to take care of business. I can rest assured that everything will turn out fine one of these days.

If he can get licensed in Nevada, the rest of the country should fall right in line. Ass backwards New York might be the exception since they hate to admit that they made a mistake.

The NY boxing commission has a long history of being incompetent and corrupt. You can ask Joey Gamache.

Someone should have gone to jail for what happened to Gamache.

Same day weigh ins would be a good start to making sure there would be no unfair weight advantages.
